No Snapping Ability for Measurement Tools in Instant Apps?

Question

The measurement tool available in WepApp Builder allowed the user to hold Ctrl while clicking the mouse to snap the tool to a vertex or edge, but I'm not seeing the same capability in the Instant Apps measurement tool. The features in question need to be measured down to the fraction of a linear foot for legal purposes, so collecting an accurate starting and ending point is critical for this app. Am I missing something or is this an instance where I'll have to utilize Experience Builder instead of Instant Apps? Thanks all!
