ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 Urban Installation

Hi Community.

I have installed ArcGIS Urban on ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 in two different scenarios, one being with an AD account, the second a local account - both environments are up and running. 

I am busy with a third environment, following the identical methods used previously, but cannot resolve an error I get when opening the Urban Application.

The error:

Docker is up, the Urban container is up, License is correct, Firewall disabled, AV disabled. There is nothing in the logs of the container, Portal, Server, Event Viewer or IIS. This is a fresh install so no upgrade gremlins.

The app begins to load, with the Urban loading gif, and then fails.

Is there something I am perhaps missing?

Hi @FeelingMappy,  Unlike your other installs, does this one sit behind an IIS reverse proxy / ArcGIS Web Adaptor/load balancer? 

From where do you try to open that app? If you don't try from the portal machine can you try there? 

Is your federation valid? 

In Portal → Content → look for the ArcGIS Urban app item (type = Urban Model). Open its details → Settings → Data URL. Confirm the URL points to your host machine's correct Urban endpoint (usually https://<FQDN>:3001/graphql)

Also, compared to the other two environments, are you using the same browser, same machine specifications? 

You said the license is correct — but double-check in Portal → Organization → Licenses that ArcGIS Urban (user type extension) is assigned to your account.
