ArcGIS Enterprise SDK 11.5 Windows 11 requirement

Hi community,

ArcGIS Enterprise SDK 11.5 system requirements list Windows 11 as the pre-requisite but no Windows 10. Wondering if this is a hard requirement? Can I do ArcGIS Enterprise SDK 11.5 SOE development using my Windows 10? 

(I don't want to rush into Windows 11 upgrade yet.)
