'Esri and Snowflake Series' ArcGIS Blog article removed?

Hello, 

Last week I saw the article below published, which I saved for later review, and now I see it is not available anymore*. Has it been removed permanently?

*When clicking the link I see: 'This page isn't available'.

If I search for the article in the ArcGIS Blog I also don't see it, so it is not that the URL has been changed.
