When adding Vector Tile Layers in ArcGIS Pro:
- allow us to snap to vector data when editing
- allow us to access geometry for selections/filtering ("only Admin1 forest or park")
- provide attribute access (click on vector element and show associated layer name as "attribute"/Popup:
