ArcGIS Pro Vector Tile Style Editing

Allow us to Style vector tile layers in ArcGIS Pro the same way we can in the Vector Tile Style Editor Home | Vector Tile Style Editor

- Show Elements in Ribbons to configure the Vector Tile Style (same options as in online Editor but in ArcGIS Pro logic/UI)

- Expose the layers in the ToC:

- Allow modifying the Symbology

- Allow saving it to the project / overwriting existing Vector Tile Layer configuration if accessible in Portal

This would be great for user-created vector tiles or for changing living atlas layers. I don't need a whole other item; let me do it in Pro, please.
