11.3, Azure and Trusted Launch

Hi all

I am looking to deploy in Azure using the 11.3 Esri ArcGIS images and curious to know about Trusted Launch options.

Googling was kinda helpful but it only mentions Trusted Launch for 11.4 images (here: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/cloud/azure/whats-new-arcgis-server-on-azure.htm) but not on 11.3.....is there a reason to not enable Trusted Launch for 11.3?
