What is App ID for ArcGIS Enterprise when connecting in ArcGIS Assistant

Question

I am trying to transfer data from ArcGIS online to a portal of Arcgis by using ArcGIS assistant (https://assistant.esri-ps.com/). I have logged onto ArcGIS Assistant from my ArcGIS online organizational account. Upon adding the other enterprise account, it requested the following information:

How and where would I find the "App ID" in ArcGIS Enterprise?

I am also getting the same error with proper configuration. Is that a permissions issue depending on type of member?

This is helpful, but I stil got some issue.

After sign in with my enterprise credentials, I end up on https://assistant.esri-ps.com/content

With the following error message:

Your active account is not authenticated.

Please sign in to an account.

Hi Ahmed,

check this little hint from esri:

In order to log in to a Portal for ArcGIS instance using a SAML-based Identity Provider, you will need to Register ArcGIS Assistant as an application in your Portal, to generate an AppID that can identify this app as an allowed client of the Portal. To do so, follow the instructions here, using Other Application as the Type of App and https://assistant.esri-ps.com/ as the Redirect URI.

Basically: Content -> Add Item -> Application -> Other Application -> Save; Set on the items Properties the https://assistant.esri-ps.com/ as the redirect url.
