Problem: Layers and Geodatabase Not Loading in ArcGIS

Recently, I created a new project (B) based on a primary project (A) and used exported .shp layers. However, when I reopened the project, everything was missing, and I couldn't add any layers from the geodatabase. Now, the primary project (A) also isn't working. All elements are still in the geodatabase, but I can't add anything to the project. What could have caused this issue?

When you say isn't working, what does that mean entirely, I understand the ability to add layers not working, but is there anything else?

Also, any errors associated?

Finally, would it be possible to create a new project, replicate, and then perform your steps again? It may be corrupted.
