Connect to ArcGIS error when trying to view embedded map content

Question

After embedding my PowerBI report with ArcGIS map included onto Powerpoint, the map prompts to "Connect to ArcGIS". After logging in, I get a blank webpage with this address . I am the owner of the map and have made the contents of the map (inclusive) to be shared across the organisation. Please let me know if there's anyway to get the map to show and interact correctly with the powerBI slicers on powerpoint. Thank you!

hey @bbollin thanks for replying! I've came across this page while troubleshooting but I thought it would be different for my case since it's not a direct embedding but through arcgis for powerBI, then onto powerpoint. do you have any suggestions for alternatives? thanks!
