Published Subtype Group Layer bug - ArcGIS portal 10.2

Hi Community,

The following bugs appear on ArcGIS portal 10.2 when publishing a Subtype Group Layer:

1. The layers are selectable but no selection outline colour is applied when selecting.

2. Cant create custom labels.

3. Cant change symbology, which results to serious extra effort of overwriting and reapplying modifications to layer, when unexpected changes are made.

4. Subtype description is not available. Only by creating a custom field with arcade using subtype function

5. Domains description are not available.

ArcGIS Enterprise 10.2 was officially retired by Esri on July 1, 2019, so you won't be able to get any assistance from Esri regarding these issues. The recommendation will be to upgrade to a version of ArcGIS Enterprise that Esri currently supports.
