Not Finding WEBGISDR Log Files

Question

Our nightly task for creating WEBGISDR didn't work last night and when I tried to find the log files in SHARED_LOCATION it is all empty

Here is the  C:\backup_shared_location_arcgis

And as you can see it is empty

Can you please let me if I am looking at wrong place or something else is happening?

By default, logs are generated at [Portal-installation-directory]	ools\webgisdr\webgisdr.log

When you run WebGISDR tool, there's an option to create an output file, which is equivalent to the logs.
