Publish a MapImage service with WMTS enabled on ArcGIS Server through ArcGIS Pro?

Publish a MapImage service with WMTS enabled on ArcGIS Server through ArcGIS Pro.

The current project includes an integrated service that can connect using both MapImage and WMTS.
The service URL is: https:/ /domain.name/arcgis/rest/services/ServiceName/MapServer
When connecting via a webpage, WMTS is visible, as shown below.

How should I publish this type of service?

I'm looking for documentation on this as well. All I can find are tutorials for ArcMap, but it would help to see how this is done in ArcGIS Pro.

Publish the Map service, then enable it as a cached map service. According to the documentation, WMTS will show up automatically.
