thank you both. the workflow worked. i just added a comment there since it needs an additional step in 11.3

This is possible but there could be some steps needs to be done :
1) Ensure the version are the same. You may check here : https://developers.arcgis.com/experience-builder/guide/release-versions/

2) Might need to update the config.json before importing.
