When a user uploads a shapefile to Portal they end up with a Feature Layer and a Shapefile. If we try to delete the Shapefile (which is basically a duplication of the Feature Layer) then we get an error saying:
"These items have other items dependent on them. They must be deleted together"
This is significantly adding to our storage costs. How do we overcome this?
