Add CGVD28 and CGVD2013 to site scan as Vertical datums

Add the Canadian vertical datums CGVD28 and CGVD2013a to Site Scan. And if possible allow the choice of the Geoid model (found on the NRCan Website).

Agreed @AlonzodelaCruz In general all the vertical datums which are known in other ArcGIS sw should be added to Site Scan.

@AlonzodelaCruz This has been implemented in v4.224.4. Site Scan now offers the vast majority of vertical coordinate systems that are supported in the Esri projection engine. Here is the blog with more details.
