Image Inspection photocenters and flightlines initially not added to map

I'm trying to add a set of images to the inspection workflow. The images ingest but the photocenters and flightlines are not initially added to the map like they are supposed to. I have the sharing portal set to our internal portal running on Amazon AWS with the Elevation Service set to our AGOL Enterprise service. The D2M.log gives me the following:

2016-10-18 21:37:52,720 ERROR - Cannot perform GetElevationFromServiceAsync: SSL Required
2016-10-18 21:37:52,734 ERROR - Map Loading threw exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
2016-10-18 21:37:52,905 ERROR - Cannot perform GetElevationFromServiceAsync: SSL Required
2016-10-18 21:37:52,908 ERROR - Scene Loading threw exception: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

  Sorry this is a known issue with Drone2Map 1.0.1.   The only way to get this to work with 1.0.1 is to have your Organization Admin turn off the HTTPS Only option in AGOL.

This has been fixed in Drone2Map 1.1 due to be released after the end of the year.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
