Allw importation of custom projection .prj files

When processing a flight, it would be great to have the option to import a projection .prj file when a non-epsg projection is needed.

By having the projection available as opposed to the current method of tying GCP's to the panels in the imagery manually, one develops a more rigid control of the project making it more useful/traceable for engineering purposes.
