Stretch Geometry - Attribute transfer using spatial adjustment tool

While using TransferAttribute tool(Transfer Geometry option is checked) of spatial adjustment in a data which is having geometric network, few connected line's geometries got stretched(instead of modifying the end point/vertex). But the 'Stretch Proportionately' option is already unchecked(turned off). How to fix it. Please suggest.

Could you elaborate on this a bit, maybe give an example?

If I use the Attribute Transfer Tool with Transfer Geometry checked, it seems to move lines (edges) and points (junctions) in my Geometric Network as expected.
