Image Service with Attribute table

Hello Community, 

I have a single-band raster dataset that contains LULC information and I would like to publish it as an image service. I just wanted to know if it's possible to have an attribute table of an image service that has only a single raster dataset. 

I came across this tutorial : https://learn.arcgis.com/en/projects/share-raster-data-as-an-analytical-image-service/#configure-and-share-an-image-layer however, in this they have created a mosaic dataset. 

Hence, wanted to confirm if it's possible to have an attribute table of an image service, and if yes, what's the correct workflow to have the attribute table?

Any inputs would be appreciated.

The WebMap you are using was created with the Map Viewer, which has functionality that is not supported by Web AppBuilder.  I would suggest recreating the WebMap using the Map Viewer Classic and then trying again.  Please, see the following Community article: Will the New Map Viewer be supported in Web AppBuilder? Also, Is there a setting to use Map Viewer in your in your Web AppBuilder?
