Error when i try to connect my portal for ArcGIS 10.5 from ArcMap

I have a portal for arcgis 10.5 in azure and when i try to connect from arcmap i get this error

I have all the SSL Certificate working good and the portal work very well from Chrome, but when i try to connect from arcmap i get this error, if some one can help me to solve this, Thank you.

Is IE Enhanced Security Configuration turned on? Go to Server Manager > Local Server and on the right side, you'll see the option. If it's On, turn it Off and try again.

Hi Jonathan, dissable where ? in the web server, in the portal server or in the client server ? thank you !, i have a problem i dont know why when i log in my portal in https and its ok the portal redirect me to http and send me an error that the path of the folder its not ok , but when i change to https its logging ok.

This is a client side problem, so on the machine running ArcMap. What specific URL does it redirect to? Did you use Cloud Builder to create the portal or did you install Portal yourself on an Azure machine?

I use cloud builder, i open all the ports, but i dont know why the portal dont works good in http, my server is working perfect but the portal get many error when i try to connect from arcmap or when is workin in http, i have a legal ssl certificate in the web server

Do you see certificate errors when reaching the portal through https in a browser? If so, what are they? The example below is from Chrome and it's a certificate mismatch error:

No i dont get any message like that, the certificate its working good and in browser the portal works very well , but when i try to connect to the arcmap sometimes i get this image

And other times i get the message i show in the question, i have all the ports open and the arcgis server publish good from arcmap but then i try to publish i hosted services in the portal and i cant because i get those messages.

I would run Fiddler when you try to make a connection and see what specific request fails. ArcMap uses the trusted certificate store that IE and Chrome use, (even though Chrome is a bit more picky about certificates), so if you don't see any certificate errors when using IE, then ArcMap should have no problem. Anyway, Fiddler will be a good tool to use for the Unable to connect error.

We may get to a point where contacting Technical Support will get you a quicker resolution to the problem, as this may require a bit of troubleshooting.
