Survey123 & Power Automate - Error "URL of ArcGIS Enterprise is Required" (Flow Checker)

Question

I have recently started having an issue on linking Survey123 with Microsoft Power Automate flows. My flow checker sends the error 'URL of ArcGIS Enterprise is required', as seen below, I've been using ArcGIS Online as my connector. No dynamic content is available as well even through my survey connect seems to be just fine.

Does anyone know how I can fix this error? Potentially it has to do with my organization?

Thanks for raising this. I believe this issue you are seeing matches the behaviour experienced in this previous thread.

There is an existing BUG for this issue: BUG-000155504

There is a listed workaround the time being until the BUG is fixed:

* Remove the 'When a survey response is submitted' trigger from the flow and re-add it to resolve the error. However, removing the trigger removes dynamic content related to the trigger.
