Hi It's me again,

I'm just wondering if it is possible to create the trip metric based on plot location. For example, if the plot is near to transit station the trip is higher compared to the plot that is far from a transit station.

Currently it is not possible to have metric parameters depending on a location (e.g. close to a transit station). We are currently investigating transportation functionalities like this. So please stay tuned!

I wanted to let you know, that since Urban's March 2026 and November 2025 releases, it is possible to define metrics (e.g., trips in your case) based on a location. You can use:

- Parcel parameter metrics and define a parameter per parcel.

- Zoning/overlay parameter metrics and define a parameter for each zoning type or per overlay.
