Configuring Geocoding - Organization Log In Error

We have Enterprise 10.9.1 and we are trying to configure geocoding under Organization > Settings > ArcGIS Online.

It asks us for a username & password, but no way to specify the AGOL organization. We have an organizational AGOL account that we would like to use, is that possible or does it only allow public accounts?

To connect to ArcGIS Online services, you will need to use a built-in account (username / password), not a SAML / single-sign-on account. Specifying an organization URL is required when using SAML logins, but built-in accounts can use the default URL of https://www.arcgis.com.
