For Drone2Map 2022.1 - I'm wondering if Drone2Map can run under .NET Desktop 6.0.11/6.0.12?

.NET frameworks are backwards compatible, so yes it will run under either of those versions. Just make sure you are at least installing the minimum version requirement (6.0.5) under the system requirements documentation. https://doc.arcgis.com/en/drone2map/latest/get-started/arcgis-drone2map-system-requirements.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_B0E8A42B0E51439784E727AD94534B85Regards,
