Portal (10.9.1) page errors due to 'X-Frame-Options' to 'deny'

Question

We're receiving an error related to X-Frame-Options in both Chrome and Edge when attempting to view the Status Dashboard page, and also when attempting to edit Web Appbuilder apps.

Error is:  Refused to display 'https://xyz.xyz' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'deny'.

We are running version 10.9.1 and using a Web Adaptor running on IIS.  Any suggestions on resolving this error?

This issue was resolved by updating the HTTP Response header X-FRAME-OPTIONS to SAMEORIGIN on the Web Adaptor for Portal, using IIS
