ArcGIS PRO Imagery classification tools unavailable

Hi all,

I am having problems getting my imagery classification tools to work. It is exactly the same problem as described in the ESRI support:

Despite having both the spatial analyst and image analyst licences enabled and despite the displayed image being a 3-band geotiff raster, the classification tools wizard remains inactive (see attached image).

Is there any manipulation to be done with the image before the tools become active?

As a check, enable the image in a "map" not a "scene".  Include only the image you want to process without other layers or basemaps
