Is anyone able to filter a dynamic map servicer in Dashboards after upgrading to 11?

After upgrading our ArcGIS Enterprise from 10.9.1 to 11 we've noticed that filtering of dynamic map services no longer works in ArcGIS Dashboards at all. This was all working correctly in 10.9.1.

Filter of dynamic map services does work in the old and new Map Viewer in Portal. It seems to be specific to Dynamic Map Services, Feature Services work fine in both.

Has anyone that has upgraded to 11 experienced this issue? If so, have you found a workaround or contacted ESRI?

We're getting in touch with support however we may simply have to roll back as this breaks a lot of our apps.

Adding on to this, you are supposed to be able to filter map image services.  ESRI noticed there was a bug preventing this from working in AGOL and fixed it there but hasn't fixed it in Enterprise.

The fix likely won't make it to Enterprise until March 2023 unless we can get ESRI to perform a hotfix.  If this functionality is important to you, please contact support to add yourself to the Enterprise bug.
