Drone2map offline license

@MarkBuie Hi Mark.

I saw your posting on this recently Troubleshooting common Drone2Map issues (esri.com).

Recently we were unable to authorize the license offline and received the error the " license has been configured offline in another machine". Unfortunately, upon checking there is no offline license was authorized.

Any advise are highly appreciate it.
