Provide Cut and Fill analysis tools in 3D Web Scenes

Cut and Fill analysis is an essential function for many AEC projects. There is currently only one way of utilising this functionality in a web browser, being Site Scan for ArcGIS. The Site Scan application/viewer does not integrate with existing ArcGIS Enterprise/AGOL data for dissemination to all project users.

Cut and Fill analysis should be available to all users via our primary Web GIS, by being built into the standard 3D Web Scene. Not having these tools available is pushing users to 3rd party (non-Esri) software to get this information, creating a complex software environment on projects and diluting our single source of truth.

This tool is made available with the Orthomaker tool in ArcGIS Enterprise.

The option to do cut and fill analysis is not already offered in the standard web scene/viewer of ArcGIS Enterprise or AGOL.

The idea clearly states that this should not require a different app to achieve cut and fill functionality, pushing our users away from our primary GIS web app simply to perform this analysis.

Please reinstate the status of this idea away from "Already Offered".
