Clipping raster into multiple polygons

I have a raster dataset of which I only want to use the data in specific areas. If you look at the screenshot, I need the info in all of the grey polygons (maybe a bit hard to see but you get the point hopefully). 

I thought the way to do this would be with the clip tool, however this only takes the first polygon. Is there a way to clip the raster in all of the polygons? There are 173 polygons.

I'm using ArcGIS Pro 2.8.0

Testing using the Clip Raster tool in 2.9.2, the only way I can get it to clip only one polygon, is if that polygon is selected when I run the Clip Raster Tool.  Otherwise, it clips the raster for all the polygons in my polygon layer.  If you clear all selections then run the Clip Rater Tool, are you seeing the same results?
