ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 (StoryMaps) missing color text options for Subheading/Heading.

My organization is in the process of migrating AGO content to our Enterprise Portal and I noticed that the StoryMaps break and do not migrate successfully. I am having to recreate the StoryMaps in Enterprise Portal and I'm unable to replicate 100%. It appears that Portal 10.8.1 is missing some of the functionality; specifically the color text options for subheading/heading. Will this functionality be added to 10.8.1?

Do you have a recommendation on how to migrate StoryMaps from AGO to Portal? Or it is necessary to recreate the StoryMaps?
