Where's a generate service on my local Server?

Hello, I used this service:

https://www.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/features/generate

 

to transform SHP files to JSON to be displayed at my web app.

Suddenly the service stopped to work and I started to get CORS error and error:

{"error":{"code":405,"messageCode":"GWM_0005","message":"Method not supported.","details":[]}}
Why the service stopped to work?
Is there a generate service on my local Server?

Most likely is that this service only supports POST method and not GET. The Portal component of ArcGIS Enterprise does have this service. You will just have to modify the URL to match your Portal Web Adaptor URL.
