webgisdr restore time discrepancy

I have two environments. One is my secondary Production Arcgis Enterprise environment.  It is a multi-machine Windows 2016  VM environment and gets restored nightly from my primary environment.  This process usually take about 45min.

I set up another multi-machine environment on Windows 2019.  Same set up, very similar specs. But when restoring this environment from the same backup as mentioned above it takes 1 hr and 35 min.

Any ideas why?

Can you provide information on which component is taking the longest to restore? The command prompt should include information about how long each component took.
