Happy New Year to everyone. My name is Enrique. I have a degree in Geography and I have been working as an ArcGIS Analyst. I did my ArcGIS Desktop Entry certification exam two days ago and I just got my results. I failed. I wanted to ask in this forum if you know how it is possible that this happened to me. I read the 2 books that were recommended to me; I did all the training that ESRI offers, I did the Specialized Program: GIS through Coursera and I have years of experience and knowledge. I was taking the ENTRY level exam and I failed ALL THE SECTIONS! The questions were very simple and I'm sure I had more than 80% answered correctly. I could understand failing one section but not ALL OF THEM. Because the correct answers are not provided, I don't have any clue about how to pass the exam if I decide to retake it. I'm very disappointed and frustrated. Not only because of the money, but also because I don't have any idea about if it's possible or not to pass an ESRI exam.
