Visual display issue within panes ArcGIS PRO

Can anyone help identify what is causing this visual bug within ArcGIS pro?

Functionality wise, its working correctly, but I have to move the mouse over the "issue area" in order for it to redisplay correctly.

I'm on windows 10, ArcGIS Pro 2.9
