While we are trying to register the database on ArcGIS Server, we are facing the below issue. Meanwhile we are using Postgres as RDBMS.
Installations:
ArcGIS Pro 2.8,
PostGreSQL 12.4.1
ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9
Have you tried to create a new connection on ArcGIS Pro before publishing the data?
Have you validated the connection on ArcGIS Server? Like Server Manager > Site > Data Store > Validate
I tried for new connection and validating the database connections in ArcGIS Server but still i am facing the issue.
What is your server name? If you are unsure on the machine name then use your ip address. localhost stands for local computer.
Based on your string connection we need to now:
Where is your AGS?
Where is your data base server?
Where is your ArcGIS Pro?
Did you check your firewall?
