Share as web layer with Manage the Web Layer link empty

Question

Hello everyone,

I am able to successfully publish a layer from ArcGIS Pro  as a web layer using Portal 10.6, but when the process completes, the link under "Manage the Web Layer" is empty.

Any idea why the link is empty?

Can you share a screenshot of what's under the "Content" tab? Or the output from the Jobs panel?
