Does anyone know where the version of Portal for ArcGIS is stored and if I can modify it? I am trying to upgrade a 10.8.1 install to 10.9, and I'm getting an error that indicates that the license file thinks that I'm at 10.2 and not 10.8.1.
This is a DEV environment, so this is not the end of the world, but I'm just curious more than anything else...
