Hello,
When I pull up my Utility Network Analyst toolbar I cannot use it because it's grayed out.
The checkbox for Customize > Extensions > Utility Network Analyst is also checked.
Why did I have this problem?
Any idea?
If you meant Utility network analyst... I don't use it, but I had a quick look at...

and it seems that there are specific requirements, and I didn't see any mention of "shapefile" as the starting point.
That's mean my polyline shape file cannot be executed with the network analyst?
If yes, do you have any solution to make my shapefile appropriate to this task?

toolbars usually become enabled when an appropriate layer is selected in the map's table of contents
