Web App Isn't Coming Across From AGO Collaboration

I just set up a collaboration with our ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise. I can get images to come across with the sync but my web app that was built using Web AppBuilder does not come across from AGO to Enterprise. I have shared the web app with the organization and with the workspace that is being used with the collaboration.

Am I missing a setting or step to get my AGO web app to come across to Enterprise?

According to FAQ: Can I share web apps in distributed collaboration? 

"ArcGIS Online participants cannot share web apps to ArcGIS Enterprise participants at any version."

Starting at ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1, ArcGIS Enterprise collaboration participants can share web apps to other ArcGIS Enterprise participants that are at a version equal to, or greater than, their own as well as ArcGIS Online.
