Comparing optimized hotspot analysis layers

Hi all

I am using ArcGIS pro 2.5, I have 9 layers of optimized hotspot analysis of disease with different dates, I like to know how i can compare them with the common attribute like community number,to see the changing hotspots in different community over a period of time.thank you

Thank you Mr Dan ,I have patients laboratory positive date as variable,for communities ,which changes over time,and to see involvement of community over the specified time period ,Thank you for suggesting valuable points.

comparing them over time at a location makes sense if you are looking for difference in the patterns at a location.  comparing different locations would require you have some variable which you thinks give rise to the pattern.  do you have such a proposition?
