There is a project we are already have on operations dashboard web arcgis online but internal (non-GIS users) requested export info such as pdf, csv, gis, etc for records purpose. Maybe is there confg js? Please advise. Maybe Derek Law or someone else might knows. Thank you for your time.

Hi Alex,

There is no definitive timeline on if and when a software enhancement request is addressed. It really depends on several factors: how popular the enhancement is; the technical challenge(s) to implement the idea; and release scheduling - if the enhancement fits within the scoop of development.

The new web-browser based Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS does not have an extensibility framework. Sorry. Please vote for the enhancement requests that Annina posted.
