Why am I unable to go back and change the design of some of my previously published surveys? I get this screen when I click the "Design" tab.

Was this form published/edited by Survey123 Connect? The web designer does not support editing the form once edited by Connect.
That is exactly what I did James. Thank you very much. I completely forgot that I had created it in there.
