ArcGIS Pro Issue - Loading issue & Blurring Icons

Hi,

Cuurrently i am using ArcGIS Pro 2.9. while opening the ArcGIS Pro getting the loading issues & Blurring icon on the screen.

I have attached the screen shot for reference. Please help me to resolve this issue.

I would just do a complete uninstall and a reinstall as a suggestion.

I got the same issue at 2.8.3 that I can reproduce at 2.9.

On 2.8.3 it started out of the blue on a Monday morning.

Tried to solve by upgrading to 2.9 but nothing.

I thought it was my video board.

Issue with Alienware Command Center.

Please uninstall Alienware Command Center and reboot ArcGIS Pro.
