When using the date type, is there a way to populate the day of the week along with the date?

The day of the week should be populated by default when using a 'date' type question. Are you looking for something like what is displayed in the screenshot?
The top question is just a standard 'date' type as specified in the XLSForm and published using Survey123 Connect.
