Survey123connect Initialization o.split is not a function

Question

Hi,

I have a Survey123 connect application that is now issuing an error on startup.  Basically it is getting Error.Initializing Form... Type error:  o.split is not a function.   I believe this error is new.

Any idea were I should look within the xlsx to determine what is causing this?

Hi Jim,

I tried the xlsx form file you uploaded to your original post, and can not reproduce your error with latest 3.9 version of Connect. I do not get an initializing error and the form loads correctly in Connect and I can publish and collect surveys. Have you tried re-installing Connect or opening on another computer?

Hi Jim,

It sounds as if there is an expression in one of the calculation/constraint/relevant columns that is not valid. Can you please share the xlsx file so we can take a closer look?
