I have a electricity distribution map hosted in arcgis. I have a layer that I want to pull some data from it to my survey123 form. How can I achieve this?

Depending on the workflow, there are a couple of ways to accomplish this:
1. Have a pop-up that opens Survey123 pre-populating questions with existing field values. Refer to Integrate with other apps—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation
2. Currently in beta, you can create a custom javascript function to retrieve values. Refer to the Early Adopter Community information for details.
