Hello Esri Team,
I'm designing a survey that looks like the attached picture. It basically has multiple questions that have old/new items in each. I browsed the web and the closest thing I found was to do it in a grid which it didn't say how to build it. Is there a way of doing it.

At this time, Survey123 does not support a grid layout for the form.
