Is it possible to have a survey that does not collect participant location data in Survey123? I do not require this data and don't want to see it in the results if possible. My participants need to remain anonymous. Thank you!

There are a couple of approaches:
1) If the survey is being collected over the web, not including a point question will accomplish this as the results will be located at 0,0
2) You can accomplish this be creating a table in ArcGIS Desktop tools for the survey to write to and publish it in a feature service. Creating a form to work with the table will not have a point question and will not record location.
